The purpose of this letter, is to commend you and your company on the excellent
job that was done on our home, namely replacing 16 solar windows in our bathroom
and bedroom in such a fashion, that we won't have a repeat of the same problem, which caused
us to replace them. We did attempt to get other bids for the job, but the other companies that looked
at our problem windows, either did not call back, or they said they couldn't do it. It was a very
difficult, custom job, that other companies did not seem to want to tackle.
The job was done in a timely manner, with less disruption and mess, than we thought we might
encounter. It rained hard when the windows were out, but your contractors covered the area with
plastic so well, not a drop came through. We were also given good suggestions on how we could
cut costs; by painting the wood trim for the windows and the color was even
suggested, which, by the way, we love. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the
work your company did for us. Thank you.

Your motto "We build the best and repair the rest", was surely put to one
of its' greatest challenges, when you undertook the repairs of our fifteen year
old greenhouse room. I write to express our thanks for the thorough and superb job your team did!
As you will recall, this task was a bit of a "sleeper". The initial repair plan of a single failed window
led, upon attempting to remove the triple glazed pane, to the discovery that long-standing
hidden water leaks and created a moist environment - ideal for the growth of wood destroying
fungus and insects! Faced with a tenfold escalation of the initial estimate, you were tactful
enough to delay repairs, until you could fully appraise us of the daunting task: carping and
tenting off the entire structure through storms and wind, removing all the failed structural
material and glazing and painstaking rebuilding, both exterior and interior walls to a "like new,
but looking just like it did" condition.
Your construction foreman was professional and expert, through each step of
the repair. He coordinated materials delivery, site cleanup and was ever considerate of
my peace of mind. When one last nagging leak refused to vanish, he took it on as a
personal vendetta and cajoled the team into redoubling their efforts, until we finally
achieved a dry and steady state.
Your construction team leader was fabulous! Visibly dismayed at the extent of the job,
as the rotted timber fell beneath his hammer, he rallied and teamed with the crew and
restored our treasured room to beauty and security. His craftsmanship and attention to
detail, warmed my fuzzy woodworker's heart and his joy at solving each framing problem
was palpable. With talent like this on the team, I knew who would prevail in the end....
Perhaps our most sincere thanks, however, should go to you personally. Your approach
to this difficult and expanding problem, was to explain things carefully and then to keep us
well informed on each step of the solution. I appreciate your ability to find humor in the midst
of adversity and hard work from one and all, when necessary. And I know your conversations
and letters to our insurance company, did much to facilitate their eventual coverage of a portion
of the repairs. For all of this...thank you! Please extend our thanks to your entire staff.

aspect of the work done in installing our sunroom. It is therefore a pleasure
to express our admiration, for the repairs performed by the

This is to thank you and your employees , for a terrific job on repairing
our roof leak, which had been a serious problem from the time we purchase
our home. After several years of very costly and time consuming attempts to
solve the leaking problems (including re-roofing the entire home), I found your
add in a weekly journal delivered to our home. Coincidentally, the roofer with
whom we had been working, suggested we call someone who works on
sunrooms, or skylights, since the problem appeared to be due to the joints,
around a very large skylight. The roofer was equally frustrated because he
simply could not solve the problem. His annual re-attempt at repair, would not
last for more than one year - through the changes in seasons.
I called you, thinking that we would never be able to solve the problem. Much
to my surprise, you listened to me for just a few minutes and then described our
problem, as though you had lived in our home for years. You described how
temperature changes will impact joint work, resulting for example, in popping
sounds in the summer, when things heat up and ultimately leaks. Cautiously
optimistic, we had you out for an estimate and then to do the work. Your
workers were careful and cleaned up after themselves.
Nearly two years have passed, since your company did the work and we have had
no problems in the area of your repair. However, new damage recently appeared in
a couple of other areas. This time we knew who to call to get the job done right the
first time - Hi-Tech Solariums! Our sincerest thanks to your company.

Well, we've finally had enough rain to test the new Sky Wall and I'm very
happy to say that there have been no leaks. True to your word, it appears
that our worries are over, as relates to the old unit that you replaced. I can't tell
you what a relief it is, not to have to look for water coming in, every time it rains.
I appreciate your efforts to get the job done ahead of the agreed schedule
and your regular communications, as to the status thereof. The professional
attitude of the men on your crew and the nice job they did installing the new
beams and glass panels, added to your assurances, brought the project to
